She may have turned down the lead role in Rajkumar Hirani’s 3 Idiots , but Kajol is game for a cameo in the movie, all for Aamir Khan’s sake.

When it comes to cameos, Kajol has only done them in films by close friends like Karan Johar , Aditya Chopra and Shahrukh Khan . This time, it’s for Aamir, though the actress had not so pleasant relation with the perfectionist Khan while working in ‘Ishq’. But they broke the ice when they worked in ‘Fanaa’.

But as they say, wise people move on! Kajol following the same made peace with Aamir, when she worked with him for ‘Fanaa’.

The details of the cameo haven’t been given away but here’s hoping that Aamir and Kajol will be able to recreate the ‘Fanaa’ magic.

‘3 Idiots’ is a screen adaptation of Chetan Bhagat’s most successful novel ‘Five Point Someone’ and boasts a plethora of actors like Kareena Kapoor , paired opposite Aamir for the first time, Madhavan , Sharman Joshi and Mona Singh (Jassi).
